Embroidery FAQ
How long will my order take?
We try to process your order as soon as we can, hopefully within a few days. We aim to have it delivered within 14 working days. However sometimes we get very busy in the summer and sometimes items get out of stock. You are welcome to email us and see how we are getting on.
What embroidered logo can I get for free?
You get a free left or right chest embroidered logo on each garment you buy from us. The stitch count must be under 10,000 stitches. If it is over we will inform you and there may be an extra charge. The artwork must be vectored and not a scanned drawing or photo. We can only give one free logo on each garment and each order. We cannot accept orders with multiple logos and extra names added on. We are happy to add extra logos and names, please get in contact for a quote. Extra logos incur a set up fee and charge to stitch out.
Can I approve my design before you start the embroidery?
Yes we always send a photo of the stitched out design for you to approve before we start. If you prefer we can post a sample so you can see it in the flesh. You need to place an order and we need to take payment first, before we make up your embroidered logo.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. A minimum order of 5 pieces is required. This does not have to be all the same garment. You can mix and match as long as the logo is the same size. Hats are not included in the 5 pieces as they require a different type of file design. If you have a big order please contact us as we will be able to give you a better price.
Can I return items that don’t fit?
Sadly once we have embroidered an item we cannot take it back. Please check all size charts carefully before ordering. These can be found on each product description. The measurements on the charts relate to inches. Please measure yourself to make sure of your size.
Do the colours of the garments look different on the website?
The images on the website are a very close match of the garment colours. However people have different browser and monitor settings. We can send out samples but these are chargeable. Please contact us.
Can you provide other garments that are not listed on the website?
Yes we have many more items we supply. In fact the website is only the tip of the iceberg. Look in our MORE PRODUCTS section. Please contact us and we will be happy to send you info on other products or follow the link on the catalogue page.
What are your delivery costs?
If you are local, you can collect your order for FREE! If not, the standard cost for orders to the UK mainland is £5.95 plus VAT. We offer free delivery on orders of garments over £250 (excluding any set up fees and VAT).
For delivery to Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, extra costs are incurred for shipping to any of these places. Please contact us for details. We require a signature on all deliveries.
What do you with my information?
In line with data Protection, we do not share information with any other organisation other than we give your address to our couriers.
Can you embroider onto my own garments?
We will happily embroider onto your own garments and welcome trade embroidery. We do require that a minimum of 5 garments are embroidered at any one time. There may be a set-up fee to be charged but this will be quoted upon sight of any artwork. Please be aware though that not all garments are suitable for embroidery. We would like to see items before agreeing to decorate. The set up fee is £20+vat per logo artwork.
