100% cotton is ideal for summer but may shrink by as much as 5% after the first wash. The poly/cotton blend polos combine the best of both worlds; they are slightly warmer, don’t shrink, and retain their colour for longer. Additionally, there are newer sports fabrics that always feel cool to wear. These fabrics are stretchy, wick away sweat, do not shrink, and do not require ironing.

Some polo shirts are made from different textured fabrics. The most common is pique, which is a durable and long-lasting weave. There’s also jersey knit, which offers outstanding comfort similar to that of a round neck t-shirt. Additionally, modern sports fabrics come in various textures; some are smooth and silky, while others have a more rugged weave, such as pique.

Our Embroidery Process

At Trinity Wear, the embroidery process is straightforward. We require a digital artwork file of the customer’s logo design. Using this file, we create a computer-generated embroidery template. The design is then sewn out in the appropriate size and with the correct thread colours on fabric that matches the garments to be embroidered. We either take a photo or send a physical sample to the customer for approval. Once the customer approves the design, we proceed with the production process.
