Premium Embroidered T-Shirts

Our premium T-shirts are available in 100% cotton or a cotton/polyester blend, which helps prevent shrinkage and dye fade, ensuring that your garments maintain their quality over time. The durability of our fabrics ensures that your investment continues to generate brand exposure through multiple washes and wears, maximising your marketing budget. The embroidery technique we utilise guarantees exceptional detail reproduction and vibrant colours that stand out compared to standard printed merchandise.

We offer a wide range of colours and sizes to meet diverse needs, making it easy to find the perfect fit for your team or event. Small businesses find our T-shirts particularly valuable for creating brand consistency at affordable prices, while corporate teams appreciate the professional uniformity during company gatherings. Events like charity runs, music festivals, school functions, and sports tournaments all benefit from the team spirit and memorabilia aspects of custom T-shirts. Many hospitality businesses also rely on our services to create distinctive staff uniforms that enhance the customer experience and reinforce brand identity.

Our Embroidery Process

At Trinity, the embroidery process is straightforward. We require a digital artwork file of the customer’s logo design. Using this file, we create a computer-generated embroidery template. The design is then sewn out in the appropriate size and with the correct thread colours on fabric that matches the garments to be embroidered. We either take a photo or send a physical sample to the customer for approval. Once the customer approves the design, we proceed with the production process.
